Jeff and Alyssa are a married couple with two toddlers running around their home who talk about real life and all that comes with it. They are laughing at each other one minute, then talking about something deep one minute, and we hope you are encouraged as you listen!
I love listening to the podcast when I am doing dishes, fold laundry, or some other house chore. I just recently got married and so I am getting into the routine of taking care of our home and I look forward to getting to listen to the podcast while doing these chores. It’s like get to take this time for myself and still be productive.

I just wanted to say in answer to your question, I do listen to your podcast while I walk in the morning. I’ve never enjoyed walking because it was boring to me to walk more than 5 or 10 minutes if I was alone. But waking up to you guys talking in my ear (almost like friends) while I walk and watching it get lighter and lighter outside is so peaceful and has been a blessing to my health, emotional and physical. Thank you for helping me enjoy walking and speaking truth! I’ve been following you guys on social media for a long time, and I like y’all a lot. God bless :-)
